My mother's quick and easy cookies
You will need:
1 box of cake mix any flavor
1/2 oil or melted butter
2 eggs
1 box of cake mix any flavor
1/2 oil or melted butter
2 eggs
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the ingredients together and form one inch balls.
Roll in sugar if desired. (Powered, brown, "regular" sugar or even colored sugar)
Place on a cookie sheet about an inch or two apart.
Embelish as desired. You may top these cookies with M&M's, a bit of jam, sprinkles... your imagination is really the only limit. Experiment and discover your favorite combination.
Cook for about 8 minutes or until done. Cookies will continue cooking a bit on the baking sheets. Allow to cool slightly before removing from the pans.

Wow - are these your sunflowers now? You must get a lot of sun down there. Your gardens are doing well for their first year. Imagine what they will be like next year. You sure did a lot of posts today and your sidebars have such beautiful pictures. I really enjoy them,

They sure are my gardens. I am honestly very amazed and pleased. One of my perenial gardens completely filled in and the other will be by next year. As it turns out the sunflower garden, though much smaller than before, is still lovely. I am glad you enjoyed the photos. I know I always enjoy the ones in your blog as well.
