Doing the Motions...

One ball game,
One trip to a dance club
and it is clear...

Adults love motions as much as my students do!

Ha! you know it's true! =-)
Today as I wiped down our tables after Art,
my students sang "Autumn Leaves are Falling Down".

Sure it kept their hands busy and their voices united in happiness instead of mischief,
but it was so much more as well.

Singing together,
doing the "motions"
made them happy.

Sure it taught recall and memorization,
team building and rhythm...
but,
honestly,
I liked their smiles best of all!
