Walking along, I tend to notice tree roots, mushrooms, mossy spots and bitty leaves. I like holes in trees, long views down and water bubbling over rocks.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the ingredients together and form one inch balls.
Roll in sugar if desired. (Powered, brown, "regular" sugar or even colored sugar)
Place on a cookie sheet about an inch or two apart.
Embelish as desired. You may top these cookies with M&M's, a bit of jam, sprinkles... your imagination is really the only limit. Experiment and discover your favorite combination.
Cook for about 8 minutes or until done. Cookies will continue cooking a bit on the baking sheets. Allow to cool slightly before removing from the pans.
