More and less than...

Today,
during math,
when everyone else,
was creating "more" and "less" masterpieces...
This kiddo found a bunny from my play animals.
The grin on his face says it all.
He KNOWS he's not supposed to have the rabbit...
He is so happy he's not even trying to hide the toy...
He's hoping I'm merciful...

Sigh...
I chuckled to myself when I saw him...
Then I redirected his energy toward his math project,
assuring him that the toy could be his when lesson time was over.

Satisfied... that someone else wouldn't take "his" toy,
he continued his project.

A plastic rabbit...
pure joy...
what a blessing to be so content...
