Perhaps it is a family tradition...or just bored teenagers...
But regardless, this evening our family laughed in delight as we watched the neighbor's children throw sparklers, common to the Fourth of July and summertime, into the snow with glee.
Look at the shining spot to the right of the farthest door.
That "spot" of light... is a sparkler flying through the air!
