Enjoy!
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the ingredients together and form one inch balls.
Roll in sugar if desired. (Powered, brown, "regular" sugar or even colored sugar)
Place on a cookie sheet about an inch or two apart.
Embelish as desired. You may top these cookies with M&M's, a bit of jam, sprinkles... your imagination is really the only limit. Experiment and discover your favorite combination.
Cook for about 8 minutes or until done. Cookies will continue cooking a bit on the baking sheets. Allow to cool slightly before removing from the pans.

When I see that bag. I think back to when my sone was in second or third grade. He and I woudl made sandwiches on Sunday for all week and put them in the freezer, and take them out as they were needed. So everyday it was a sandwich, pudding or jello cup and a plastic spoon.
Fifth and sixth grade it became two sandwiches, a pudding cup, apple, and a canday bar.
By seventh grade it was three or four sandwiches, Granolla bar, cookies, fruit cup, potato chips.
I was afraid by ninth grade I was going to need a grocery bag to put his lunch in, but we moved, and he could eat at the cafeteria.
I do miss those "lunch bag" memoeries.
Tom,
I laughed at your comments and hope my own little guy doesn't eat me out of house and home. I really put the bag there to mark the silly link to an "Improv Everywhere" you tube video that cracked me up.
=-)
Happy day,
Susan
