Like most of you,
I love kind people,
happy memories,
joyful surprises and
the beauty of our natural world.
Like many of you,
I enjoy a hike up a forest path,
small children,
furry pets
and pumpkin pie.
But...
I must confess...
I also love PB&J,
macaroni and cheese,
french toast made with stale bread
and
from time to time...
Banquet Salisbury Steak!
Yup...
it's frozen...
inexpensive...
and loved by all my children,
including my dog son.
Thanks to my grandpa,
long gone,
not forgotten...
The king of frozen foods;
a man who had lived with little
and always liked to have comfort food about.
For simple fare shared with our nearest and dearest...
I give thanks.
